枸杞对大鼠肝再生的影响

摘　　要：以肝/体重比和核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)颗粒数为指标,研究了枸杞水煎剂对大鼠2/3肝切除后肝再生的影响.结果表明:肝切除后第3 d实验组大鼠的肝/体重比大于对照组,但无显著性差异,第4 d实验组大鼠的肝/体重比显著大于对照组(P<0.05);第3 d和第4 d实验组大鼠的肝细胞AgNORs颗粒数显著大于对照组(P<0.05).初步证实枸杞水煎剂对肝切除后的大鼠肝细胞分裂增殖有促进作用.The influence of Lycium barbarum L boiled liquid on the liver regeneration after 2/3 hepatectomy were studied by observing the changes of both the ratios of liver mass to body weight and AgNORs particles numbers in liver. The result indicates that the ratios of liver mass to body weight of the experimental group is significantly larger than the control group at 4 d （P〈0.05）. And the AgNORs particles of the experimental group are significantly more than the control group at both 3 d and 4 d（P〈0.05）. So the conclusion is Lycium barbarum L boiled liquid can significantly promote hepatocytes proliferation after partial hepatectomy.
