摘 要:目的观察自拟强骨饮对骨质疏松症的骨形态计量学的影响,并探讨其机制。方法健康雌性SD大鼠60只,体重230~280g。随机分为3组,分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组,每组20只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模,10周造模成功后,开始给药,治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃,每日1次,每次1mL·g^-1,对照组用密盖息,皮下注射,每日1次,每次0.72u·g^-1。空白组,不做处理。在给药后1.5,3,4.5,6个月每组各取5只大鼠进行检测,先测量体重,空气栓塞处死,分离股骨颈骨,获得股骨颈骨样本,经切片等处理后,显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。结果给药后强骨饮组1.5、3个月骨体积分数与密盖息组数据相比有统计学意义,与空白组相比骨小梁厚度、骨小梁间距、骨体积分数都具有统计学意义。给药后4.5个月强骨饮组骨小梁厚度与密盖息组相比差异均有统计学意义。给药后6个月强骨饮组骨小梁厚度、骨小梁间距与密盖息组相比均具有统计学意义。结论自拟强骨饮可以明显地改善去势大鼠股骨颈骨形态计量学指标,可能是通过刺激成骨细胞生长,抑制破骨细胞活性,并抑制高骨转趋势来实现的。OBJECTIVE To observe the bone histomorphology effect of Qiangguyin on collum femur of ovariectomized rats. METHODS Sixty femal SD rats, weight 230-280 gram, were divided into three groups randomly: Qiangguyin group (treatment group) ,Miacalcic group (contrast group) and control group. All rats were ovariectomized. After 10 weeks, the osteoporosis model succeed, the treatment group,contrast group were given Qiangguyin, Miacalcic, respectively. The treatment group used Qiangguyin everyday, 1 mL· g^-1. The contrast group was hypodermic injected with Miacalcic 0. 72 u · g^-1, everyday, And 1.5, 3 , 4.5, 6 months after the treatment, 5 rats were killed. The neck of femurs were cut and stincd with Masson Colder Trichrome for bone histomorpbomemetry analysis. RESULTS Compared with contrast group, BV/TV of rats in treatment group in 1.5,3 month had statistical significance. Compared with control group, Tb. sp, BV/TV, Tb. Th had statistical significance too. After 4.5 month rlb. Tb of treatment group had statistical significance compared with contrast group. Given the medicine 6 month, Tb. sp, Tb. Th both bad statistical significance compared with contrast group. CONCLUSION Giangguyin can effectively improve the histomorphometry index, probably by stimulating osteogenesis and inhibiting the cytoactive of osteoclast and trend of the high bone transform.
