摘  要:目的测定兔眼房水中缓释丝裂霉素C的含量。方法使用TSP高效液相色谱仪,Anastar工作站;分析柱:RAM(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇.水(10:90),流速:1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长:365nm。结果色谱峰分离度良好,丝裂霉素在0.001~0.005mg·mL^-1内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99,1%,102.3%,103.6%,RSD为3.3%,2.9%,1.8%。结论本法准确简单,精密度好,是测定兔眼房水中缓释丝裂霉素C释放过程的适宜方法。OBJECTIVE To simultaneously determine the concentration of mitomycin C (MMC) in aqeous of rabbit eyes. METHODS A direct injection method for determination of MMC in body fluid and Solution by restricted-access media(RAM) -HPLC was developed. The mobile phase consisted of menthol-water( 10: 90) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 and detection wavelength of 365 nm. RESULTS MMC was well separated. The assay was linear between 0. 001 - 0. 005 mg· mL^-1. The average recovery was 99.1% ,102.3% ,103.6% ,and the RSD was 3.3% ,2.9%, 1, 8%. CONCLUSION The assay method is simple,reliable,and can be used for the determination of MMC in rabbit eyes.
