摘　　要：目的测定合欢花中槲皮苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，Agilent-C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（25：75），检测波长为256nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1。结果槲皮苷进样量在0．1204—2．408μg内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．2％，RSD=1．3％（n=6）。结论该方法快速简便，稳定可靠，专属性强。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of quercitrin in Albizzia julibrissin Durazz. with HPLC. METHODS An Agilent-C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （25：75） , and detective wavelength was set at 256 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. RESULTS A good linearity was observed for quercitrin in the range of 0. 120 4 - 2.408 μg. The average recovery of quercitrin was 99. 2% and RSD was 1. 3% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, stable, reliable and special for the dermination of quercitrin in Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.
