摘  要:用微波消解、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定了3种富硒茶中微量锗的含量,考察了仪器工作条件、样品酸度、载流酸度、硼氢化钾和增敏掩蔽剂酒石酸的用量等因素对荧光强度的影响。结果表明,在最佳工作条件下,0~80μg·L-1内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9999,检出限0.0389μg·L-1,标准相对偏差0.80%,加标回收率90.4%~104.5%。After being digested by microwave digestion, the trace germanium in 3 kinds of tea were determined by HG - AFS when the optimal instrument conditions were established. The influence factors such as the acidity of sample and carrier liquid, the amounts of potassium borohydride and tartaric acid, etc were investigated. The result showed that under the optimal conditions, the linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and concentration of antimony was found in the range of 0 to 80 μg·L^-1(r =0.999 9), with a detection limit of 0.038 9 μg·L^-1, RSD of 0.80%, while the recoveries were in the rang of 90. 4% - 104. 5%. The method is suitable for the determination of trace germanium in tea.
