摘　　要：乾隆五十四年(1789)两广总督福康安以盐场歉收为由,将省河之东莞、香山、归靖三盐场裁撤,在其背后其实隐藏着一个大阴谋。在"改埠归纲"摊派盐引的压力下,地方官员和商人们为了各自的前途和利益着想,试图通过裁场来解决官盐壅积、官引难销的困境,以逃避责罚,获得理想的考绩。In the 54th year of Qianlong （1789）, Governor Fu Kang＇an of Liang Guang taking poor harvest of saltern as a reason reduced three salt fields such as Dongguan, Xiangshan and Guijing, actually at the backside; there was a big hiding plot. Under the pressure of ＂changing Bu into Gang＂ allocating salt license, for their respective future and the benefit consideration, the magistrate and merchants attempt solve obstruct of official salt through reducing salt fields to evade their faced punishment, but obtain ideal examination results.
