摘 要:海上油田采用深部调剖技术来改善水驱开发效果、提高采收率。速溶聚合物在简单设备条件下能够快速溶解于海水中,释放粘度。对该速溶聚合物速溶性及速溶后的海水基溶液与交联剂形成的深部调剖体系性能进行了评价,结果表明,各项性能指标能满足海上油田深部调剖的要求。把该深部调剖体系应用到海上CB6C平台上进行现场先导性试验,实现了速溶聚合物的速溶、调剖体系的均匀混合、调剖体系的连续注入。施工不受海况影响,从而满足了海上油田深部调剖的需要,取得了预期的效果。Deep profile control technology is used to improve the effect of water flooding and enhance oil recovery in the offshore oilfield. Fast-dissolved polymer can be dissolved fastly in seawater with the help of simple equipments and releases its viscosity. The property of the fast-dissolved polymer and the deep profile control system formed from the fast-dissolved polymer solution based on seawater and crosslinker are judged. The results show that the property of the system can satisfy the deep profile control in the offshore oilfield. When the system is applied to the platform CB6C pilot test, it realized that the fast-dissolved polymer is fast dissolved and the profile control system is mixed up evenly and injected continuously. Meanwhile, the operation can't be affected by the environment condition. So, it satisfies the need of the deep profile control in the offshore oilfield and the predicted result is obtained.
