摘　　要：目的：建立蒲公英中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法：采用TIANHE C18反相色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5um），流动相为甲醇-水-醋酸（50：50：1），流速1．0ml／min，检测波长350nm，柱温30℃。结果：木犀草素浓度在0．0093—0．0618mg／ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），平均回收率为99．4％，RSD为2．30％。结论：本方法简便、快速、重现性好，适用于蒲公英中木犀草素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Luteolin in T mongolicum by HPLC. METHODS TIANHE C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 um） was used, and the mobile phase was methanol- water- acetic acid（50： 50： 1 ）. The detection wavelength was at 350 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the temperature of column was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was obtained between 0. 009 3 -0. 061 8 mg/ml （ r =0. 999 6 ） and the average recovery was 99.4% with relative standard deviation （ RSD ） of 2.30%. CONCLUSION This method is convenient, rapid , accurate and is suitable for determination of Luteolin in T mongolicum.
