摘　　要：为了减少错层卷板的出现,提高成品合格率,在对卷板错层原因进行认真分析的基础上,对卷取机侧导板的相关控制参数和控制逻辑进行了不断优化调整,通过优化调整后近半年的观察证明调整的效果良好,错层卷板数量明显减少,有力保证了日常生产的稳定进行。In order to reduce edge misalignment in hot rolled coils and increase product qualification rate, continuous optimization and adjustment of related control parameters and control logics of the coiler＇s side guides were made based on careful analysis of the cause of edge misalignment. Through half a year of observation it is found that the optimization and adjustment have yielded good results with misalignment apparently reduced and stable daily production ensured.
