论海关刑事管辖权的配置与优化

摘　　要：目前,我国海关刑事管辖权的配置存在某些局限性,如对知识产权及洗钱等犯罪没有刑事管辖权,使得海关在面对这些严重经济犯罪时无能为力。但是,从国家打击经济犯罪的整体格局来看,适当扩大海关的刑事管辖权具有重大的现实意义。At present, the Republic of China Customs and Excise Department criminal jurisdiction of the powers of the configured with the limitations, such as intellectual property rights and money laundering offence does not have jurisdiction powers, which enables Customs and Excise Department is not some significant time the offence. The appropriate expansion of Customs and Excise Department of criminal jurisdiction of the powers has significant realistic significance.
