摘  要:介绍了一种用于长导轨检测的基于光楔干涉的激光准直系统。利用氦氖激光经准直、扩束后投射到楔形光学平板上,产生的干涉条纹由光电传感器检测,送入单片机系统。采用软件细分的方法,处理干涉条纹的移动量,得到被测点相对于准直光束的偏移量。针对长距离测量中信号微弱、信噪比(SNR)低的情况,采取了一些抗干扰措施。研究并实现软件细分,采取多种必要措施,提高信噪比,优化软件系统,力求提高仪器测量精度。实验证明:采用激光干涉准直仪作准直和测量,条纹清晰,可以在车间条件下使用。A kind of long rail measurement, based on wedge - shaped plate interference, has been developed, which is one of the important branch of geometry measurement. High stability He - Ne laser beam which is collimated and broadened is cast on wedge - shaped glass plate. Then interference stripes are accepted by photoelectricity senser and sent to MCU. Movement of the interference stripes are dealt with by means of software subdivision, after that offsets of the spot to the laser beam is gained. Anti - jamming measures is taken for the low signal and SNR of long distance masurement. Software subdivision is studied and implemented. To improve SNR and precise, a lot of methods have been used, such as optics technology, sensor and MCU technology. The results show that interference stripes are clear and could be used in the plant.
