摘　　要：目的:观察YQ400A/B-I型激光美容仪结合手术祛除文身的疗效。方法:选择文身面积在5×5cm2以上的患者采用YQ400A/B-I型激光美容仪治疗2次至3次后对残留的文身色素进行手术切除,以彻底消除文身色素及其文身图案。结果:本组112例患者经治疗后总有效率达96.43%,无效率为3.57%。无明显并发症产生。结论:YQ400A/B-I型激光美容仪结合手术切除祛除文身的疗效肯定,互补了单纯激光或手术在治疗中的不足,是一种很好的祛除文身的治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of removing tattoos with YQ400A/B - I Laser combined with surgery. Methods： tattoos over 5 × 5cm^2 were selected to be treated with YQ400A/B - I Laser for 2 or 3 times,followed with surgery to eliminate the residual pigment and pattern of tattoo completely. Results： A total of 112 cases were treatd with the combined therapy, yielding effective rote of 96.43 and inefficiency of 3.57 % with no obvious complicallons. Conclusion： Combination of YQ400A/B -I Laser and surgery has compensated the inadequacy of both measures used alone,and it has been proved to be an effective way to treat tattoos.
