舰船推进系统液力偶合器滑差变化规律分析

摘  要:研究了将液力偶合器滑差特性用于舰船推进系统稳态特性分析和机-桨联控曲线设计,由此发现滑差变化规律。分析了两种正常工况和五种应急工况下的"船-桨-机"匹配稳态特性以及用液力偶合器滑差所做的主机负载判别。有关滑差的主要研究结果有:按螺旋桨特性工作时,液力偶合器滑差的大小既取决于船体阻力特性(它决定了螺旋桨负载特性),又受液力偶合器自身的"效率-转速"相关性(运转特性)的影响。The changed slip pattern of fluid coupling in the marine propulsion plant and the related re- search work were presented based on the analysis of steady-state properties of ship propulsion system and design of combinator diagram of CPP's pitch and engine speed. The research contents included the matching of hull-propeller-engine and the judgement of engine load by fluid coupling slip in two normal operating conditions and five emergent operating conditions. The main research result about fluid coupling slip is that the magnitude of fluid coupling slip in marine propulsion plant depends on both the characteristics of hull resistance which determines the characteristics of propeller load and the characteristics of fluid coupling itself whose transmission efficiency increases with its increased impellerspeed.
