理性主义与理想主义张力下的公民文化建设

摘　　要：培育公民文化是中国现代化中亟需解决的问题。培育公民文化,一方面要以理性主义加强民主法制建设;另一方面也要形成人们的理想主义诉求,使理性主义与理想主义之间保持必要的张力。法治精神和传统的民本思想与理想主义的契合是政治发展的必然选择,只有将理性主义与理想主义统一在日常生活批判中,才能对公民文化建设起到积极的推动作用。The cultivation of citizenship culture is an urgent task in the modernization of China. The cultivation of citizenship culture requests further construction of democracy and nomocracy, under the guidance of rationalism, as one side; and the formation of idealism appeal is also necessary to enable the indispensable strain between the rationalism and idealism as the other side. The agreement among monocracy, traditional thought for people ideology and idealism is the natural choice of political development. Only the unification of rationalism and idealism under the criticism in daily life, would it be possible the positive promotion to the construction of citizenship culture.
