摘  要:目的:通过测定血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg),血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,探讨Fg和其它心血管危险因素之间的相互关系。方法:筛选600名在我院进行体检的健康者,用Clauss法测定Fg,用终点法测定TG、TC和HDL-C、LDL-C浓度,用免疫比浊法测定血清C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。以Fg浓度为因变量,以TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和CRP为自变量进行多元回归分析。结果:Fg水平和TG、TC、LDL-C和CRP呈正相关(P<0.05),而和HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Fg水平与冠状动脉病变有明显关系,其参与冠状动脉病变的发病过程,Fg的升高对冠状动脉病变有一定的预测价值。Objective To explore the relationship between fibrinogen and coronary artery disease risk factors by assaying plasma fibrinogen, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and hs-CRP. Methods We selected 600 healthy check-up persons in our hospital, Clauss method was used to assay plasma fibrinogen, end-point was applied to measure TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C, latex immunonephelometric method was used to analyze hs-CRP. The relationship between Fg, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C was analyzed by regression.Results The fibrinogen levels tended to be associated positively with TG, TC, LDL-C and hs-CRP. But it was associated negatively with HDL-C. Conclusion Fibrinogen has something to do with coronary artery disease obviously, Fg takes part in process of coronary artery disease. The elevated level of fibrinogen may be a predictor for the incidence of coronary heart disease.
