摘 要:以常规方法对合欢枯萎菌的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,该病菌可在5~35℃下生长,最适温度为25~30℃;病菌生长的pH值范围为4~10,最适pH值为6~7:病菌可在多种碳、氮源上生长,最佳碳源为蔗糖:菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最佳氮源分别为牛肉膏和氯化铵;病原菌致死温度为70℃。光暗交替有利于孢子萌发。The biological characteristics of Fusarium oxysporwm schl. f. sp. pernciosium were studied by common methods. The results show that F oxysporwm could grow between 5-35℃, and the optimum temperature was 25-30℃. The pH value was between 4-10, and 6-7 was the best. F oxysporwm could grow in many kinds of carbon and nitrogen sources, and the optimal source was sucrose. The optimum nitrogen sources for mycelia and spores were beef-exfract and ammonium chloride respectively. And the lethal temperature of F oxysporwm was 70℃, and the alternation of day and night was advantageous to germination of its spores.
