摘　　要：视频监控系统是一种先进的、防范能力强的综合系统。结合基于WEB服务器的B/S (Browser/Server)服务机制、IPicture接口技术和ActiveX控件技术,详细介绍了由压缩编码芯片ZC0301、微处理器S3C2410A组成的嵌入式视频监控系统客户端部分的设计与实现。Video monitor system is an advanced system which integrates many precautionary measures. The design and implementation of client of embedded video monitor system was introduced in detail. The system combining with WEB server was based on B/S （Browser/Server） mechanism, ActiveX control technology and IPicture interface technology, and was made up of compress coding chip ZC0301 and microprocessor ARM S3C2410A.
