摘 要:对1995年1月~2007年4月间中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMDisc)中西门子MRI系统可排除故障中文文献进行统计分析。结果表明,西门子高场MRI1.5T的Magnetom Avanto、Magnetom Vision和Magnetom Symphony可排除故障率较低,仅有7次。中端产品有明显的可排除故障高发区:早期产品GBS-Ⅱ计算机子系统可排除故障突出,占所有型号同类故障的33.33%;后期的Magnetom Impact可排除故障达13次,其中射频子系统方面是该型号的高发区(69.23%);低场0.2T的Magnetom Open机型在磁体子系统方面的可排除故障是所有型号中所独有的。分析统计数据,高、中、低场MRI的可维修性差异间接地反映出公司对各类产品性能的需求侧重不同,也与产品的设计理念、当时的科技水平、装机数量和设备应用年限以及客户应用水平等因素存在着一定关联。By use of the CBMDisc, the text documents about Siemens MRI systems, from January 1995 to April 2007, were statistically analyzied. The results showed MR11. 5T, the high-end Siemens Magnetom Avanto, Magnetom Vision and Magnetom Symphony were excluded with a low failure rate, only seven case. The mid-level products were excluded from the obvious fault incidences. For early product of GBS-II computer, subsystem was eliminated the trouble prominently, accounting for all models of a similar malfunction 33. 33%. The late product of Magnetom Impact was eliminated the trouble to 13 cases, and RF subsystem was the most incidences (69. 23% ) part. For low-field 0. 2T Magnetom Open systems the magnet subsystem was eliminated troubles most in all models . By means of analyzing statistical data, the difference among the maitainabilities of high level, mid-level and low-field MRI systems indirectly reflects the different commands to these Siemens products. It also alludes the different design concepts, the level of technology, the number of installed equipment and the year of application, and even the ability of users.
