摘　　要：高等教育后发地区因为高等教育发展的相对落后而使区域经济发展受到制约。要促进这些地区的高等教育与经济协调发展,必须在观念上高度重视两者协调发展问题;出台优惠政策,加大扶持力度;合理规划,优化高等教育结构;进行有效管理,优化高等教育资源配置。The drop behind area of higher education restricted the development of local economy.In order to develop the higher education and economy harmoniously,the concept of emphasis must be focused on,and beneficial policy and support must be carried on,the educational construction must be optimized to administrate effectively and optimize all the resources of higher education.
