摘　　要：高等职业教育要适应地方、区域经济发展的需要,适应各行业的需要,所培养的学生就要有坚实的专业知识基础、扎实的实用技能和实践能力。根据高等职业教育的人才培养目标、质量标准与社会职业岗位的要求,高职院校培养的人才应具备三种能力,即职业能力、普适性能力与学术能力。The educational aim of vocational colleges is to produce students with a solid knowledge foundation, professional skills and practical abilities, so as to satisfy the needs of local or regional economic development and meet the demands of all walks of life. According to the talent training goals of vocational colleges, appraisal standards and the job requirements, students in vocational colleges are supposed to be equipped with career, adaptive and academic abilities.
