摘 要:在芒刺-板式电除尘器中,板电流密度分布越均匀,越有利于除尘效率提高。因此,知道收尘极板电流密度分布对电除尘器的电极结构设计是重要的。然而,由于处于芒刺正下方的峰值电流不易确定,导致现有的电流密度分布式很难用于实际工程计算。另外,这些计算式不满足高斯通量定理。要使芒刺-板式电除尘器收尘极板电流密度分布满足高斯电通量定理,电流密度分布规律应服从某种特定的分布函数。通过对Warburg单根芒刺-板式电极极板电流密度分布模型的变量分析,发现芒刺-板式电除尘器收尘极板电流密度分布恰是自由度n=4的t分布。根据电流密度的分布特征,建立了由总电流确定极板电流密度的理论计算式。由于总电流很容易通过实测得到,因此,所建立的极板电流密度t分布模型更具实用性。比较研究表明,该理论式与其他研究者的实验结果有很好的一致性。The present paper is to devote itself to the study of the current density distribution regularity in a nail-plate ESP. As we know, it is very important to know the regularity of the current density distribution on the collection plate in nail-plate electrostatie precipitator (ESP) for designing electrodes for the reason that the higher the collection efficiency can be aehieved, the more uniform the current density distribution will be. However, all the formulas presented today can not be used conveniently in practice because the peak current density value in any previous formula is difficult to be found. There is also a defect in previous formulas that the expressions do not satisfy the Gaussian electric flux theorem, Aecording to the characteristies of the electrostafies, the current density distribution on the plane of nailplate ESP must follow a certain specified distribution function. This distribution function could most possibly be normal distribution or tdistribution function. It is found that, in this paper, the normal distribution is not reasonable compared with the experimental results presented before. And it is proved that the current density distribution on the plane of nail-plate ESP is t-distribution with 4 degree of freedom by variable analysis on Warburg's law, Then, a new calculation formula, which is the function of the total current flow across the plate electrode, is developed. Therefore, the new current density distribution formula is more applicable because the total current is easy to be measured in the practice. Our comparison results have shown that the values predicted by t-distribution model are in sound agreement with the experimental data reported by other researchers.
