摘 要:以实际养猪废水为对象,采用吸附-过滤法进行预处理,研究稻草滤料和稻草-沸石双层滤料在不同滤速下对养猪废水中CODCr、氨氮和磷的去除效果。结果表明,稻草-沸石双层滤料对CODCr、氨氮和磷的去除效果明显优于稻草滤料。以稻草-沸石双层滤料为过滤介质时,5m/h的滤速下,CODCr、氨氮和磷的最大去除率分别达47.9%、72.9%和50.1%。研究表明,吸附-过滤预处理不仅能去除养猪废水中的CODCr、氨氮和磷,还能去除一定量的小分子有机物和臭味,同时附着大量固体有机物的稻草和吸附有氨氮、磷的沸石经过处理后可作为土壤改良剂或肥料,从而实现了农业固体废物的资源化利用。This paper is aimed to introduce a pre-treating process for swine wastewater proposed by the author so as to lower the pollution rate of the wastewater as well as to recover the nutrients in it. As a matter of fact, swine wastewater contains high concentrations of ammonium and phosphorus but may lead to serious pollution in the country. Besides, it is also very difficult to meet the discharging standards if only the generally secondary biological processing method is used. However, here we know that the swine wastewater contains some highly valuable nutrients beneficial for agricultural production. To increase the recovery rate of the wastewater nutrients, we have experimented with a lot of adsorption-filtration processing methods, particularly, with the process of pretreating the actual swine wastewater on the stress of the removing efficiencies of CODcr, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in straw and straw-zeolite filters under different filtration conditions. The experimental results indicate that the removing efficiency of straw-zeolite filter proves more efficient than straw-zeolite filter. When the straw keeps the filtration rate of 5 m/h, the maximum removing efficiencies of CODcr, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus can reach 38.2% , 24.2% and 30.3% , respectively. Besides, the removing rate of CODcr, ammonia-nitrogen and phosphorus tend to be 206.6 mg/L, 97.1 mg/L and 7.4 rag/L, respectively. In comparison with straw-zeolite filter, the removing efficiencies of CODcr, ammonia-nitrogen and phosphorus can be expected to rise to 47.9 %, 72.9 % and 50.1%, respectively, with the removing rate of CODcr, ammonia-nitrogen and phosphorus being as high as to 258.7 mg/L, 356.5 mg/L and 10.56 mg/L (the filtration rate is 5 m/h). Moreover, the adsorption-filtration process can not only remove CODcr, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus, but also can get rid of a certain amount of small molecular organics and odor.
