多层螺旋CT对舌骨骨折的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)对舌骨骨折的诊断价值,提高对舌骨骨折临床重要性的认识。方法回顾性分析6例舌骨骨折的MSCT及临床表现特点。结果本组6例舌骨骨折中,舌骨大角骨折1例,舌骨体部骨折1例,舌骨大角与体部连接处骨折4例,其中舌骨大角与体部连接处骨折MSCT仅表现为连接处间隙增宽、错位,未见明确骨皮质连续性中断征象。结论MSCT对舌骨骨折具有重要的诊断价值,对可疑舌骨骨折患者应行MSCT检查。Objective To explore the application of multi -slice computed tomography （MSCT） in the diagnosis of hyoid bone fractures, and improve the understanding of clinical importance of hyoid fracture. Methods Manifestations of MSCT and clinical data of 6 patients with hyoid fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients in this study were diagnosed to have hyoid fractures, one case occurred in the thyrohyal, one case occurred in the body of hyoid, and 4 cases occurred in the junction of the body and the thyrohyal. The manifestations of MSCT of fractures only showed widen gap or displacement of broken ends in the junction of the body and the thyrohyal. Conclusion MSCT is valuable to detect hyoid fracture ;patients with suspicious hyoid fracture should perform MSCT scanning.
