茵桅黄注射液口服治疗高胆红素血症47例体会

摘　　要：目的:探索和总结新生儿晚期与乳儿早期高胆红素血症简便有效治疗方法。方法:采取茵桅黄注射液口服,辅以酶诱导剂苯巴比妥钠肌注,3日为一疗程。第4日经皮黄疸测试复查治疗效果。结果:37例于治疗第4日黄疸消退,经皮黄疸测试恢复正常;余下10例继续口服茵桅黄注射液3日,上述方法复查全部恢复正常。结论:采用茵桅黄注射液口服辅以苯巴比妥钠肌注治疗新生儿晚期与乳口早期高胆红素血症,简便易行,安全可靠,可节约费用。Objective： to summarize and explore an effective and simple treatment to infant hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： administering orally YinZhihuang solution and muscular infecting phenobarbital sodjum for three days ,and reexamine on the forth day. Results： jaundice of 37 specimens reduced, and returned to normal through examination. The rest 10 specimens continue being treated for three days, and then all index returned to normal through reexamination. Conclusion： This is an effective and reliable treatment to infant hyperbiliruhinemia. It can not only relire the pain of injection,but also save the expense.
