摘 要:目的:探讨饮食护理在老年癌症病人化疗期间的应用价值。方法:对51例老年癌症患者进行饮食护理,包括心理护理、自然环境和社会环境准备、饮食的选择以及与影响进食有关的化疗副反应的护理。结果:51例患者均能尽快改善化疗后的饮食问题,坚定了战胜疾病的信心,顺利完成化疗方案。结论:应当针对病因、改善病人的饮食状况,调整饮食结构,增加病人的营养摄入,为进一步的治疗创造良好的身体条件。Objective: To investig ate diet care in the elderly cancer patients during chemotherapy application. Methods: 51 cases of elderly cancer patients were selected with well-detailed diet care, including psychological care, natural and social environment preparation, food choices and diet care for related side effects of chemotherapy. Results: 51 cases of patients had improved the diet problem soon after chemotherapy, firmed the confidence in the fighting against the disease, and completed chemotherapy successfully. Conclusion: We should improve the situation of the patients's diet, adjust diet and increase patients's nutritional intake in accordance with the cause for disease, and create a good physical condition for further treatment.
