摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸道管理对治疗老年肺部感染患者的有效性。方法对120例老年肺部感染患者,由责任护士负责,对患者进行评估、湿化呼吸道、胸部物理疗法等综合措施。结果采取合理的呼吸道管理后,能有效地清除呼吸道分泌物,促进有效的呼吸,同时患者的自我护理能力有所提高。结论做好呼吸道的管理是治疗老年患者肺部感染的重要措施。Objective To discuss the validity of respiratory tract management in alder patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 120 elder patients with pulmonary infection were evaluated by primary nurse.Respiratory tract humidity and physical therapy were apply to patients.Result After the respiratory tract management,patients can effectively clear the respiratory tract secretion,improve respiration and selfcare ability.Conclusion It is important to apply respiratory tract management in elder patients with pulmonary infection.
