摘 要:为促进嗜酸粒细胞基础与临床研究的发展,本文提供了一种不伴肺阻力增加的SD大鼠支气管肺高嗜酸粒细胞模型的制备方法。结果显示:Sephadex-G200造模组支气管肺灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞与嗜酸粒细胞占白细胞的百分比较生理盐水对照组明显增加(P=0.0101和0.0076),两组之间白细胞数无明显差异(P=0.6038)。不同剂量乙酰胆碱吸入均可明显增加两组SD大鼠的肺阻力(P=0.0243和0.0043),两组之间肺阻力的增加无明显差异。Our research work developed a model of SephadexG 200 induced massive pulmonary eosinophilia without hyperreactivity to acetylcholine in SD rats The results showed that the eosinophils and percentage of eosinophil/leukocyte in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from Sephadex treatment group were significantly increased (P=00101, 00076) when compared with that in saline control group, but leukocyte in BALF had no significant difference between the two groups(P=06038) Lung resistance was significantly increased with inspiration of different dosages of acetylcholine in the two groups(P=00243, 00043), and the increment of lung resistance had no significant difference between the two groups The results suggested that the massive pulmonary eosinophilia induced by SephadexG 200 had no influence on the reactivity of lung resistance to acetylcholine inspiration
