摘　　要：目的探讨防侧漏可引流式粘贴巾在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法取300例剖宫产产妇，随机分为实验1组，实验2组和对照组共3组各100例。实验1组，实验2组分别使用脑科手术专用粘贴巾和“U”形防侧漏带引流装置的手术粘贴巾，对照组采用普通手术粘贴巾。观察3组产妇术中羊水及血液污染情况。结果与对照组及实验1组相比，实验2组术中溢出的羊水及血液污染显著减少，P＜0.01。结论改良设计的“U”形防侧漏带引流装置的手术粘贴巾能及时、便捷地引流剖宫产术中的羊水及血液。Objective To investigate the effect of adhesive membrane that has anti-side leakage and can be drained during the operation of cesarean section. Methods 300 cases of lying-in women with cesarean section were randomly divided into three groups, the test 1 group, test 2 group and the control group. The test 1 group used adhesive membrane specially adopted in cerebral surgery, the test 2 group used the ＂U＂shape adhesive membrane that had anti-side leakage and could be drained during the operation, the control group used the routine adhesive membrane, and then the contamination by amniotic fluid and blood of the three groups was observed. Results Compared with test 1 group and the control group, the pollution by amniotic fluid and blood was significantly decreased in the test 2 group,P 〈 0.01. Conclusions This modified designed ＂U＂shape adhesive membrane can drain amniotic fluid and blood during cesarean section in time and simply.
