摘 要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为络合剂,与钛酸丁酯Ti(OC4H9)4反应制得前驱体溶液,采用静电纺丝法制备PVP/Ti(OC4H9)4纳米线,再在不同温度(350℃、400℃、450℃)下煅烧,得到具有光催化性能的TiO2纳米线。采用XRD、FTIR、SEM对所制备的材料进行表征,并通过对罗丹明B溶液的降解研究探讨烧煅烧温度对TiO2纳米线光催化性能的影响。结果表明,采用该方法成功制备了具有光催化性能的TiO2纳米线,当煅烧温度为400℃时,纳米线的光催化性能最好,光催化率达到56.92%。The TiO2 nanofibres with photocatalytic efficiency are prepared by sol-gel and electrospinning methods as well as calcined at different temperatures (350, 400 and 450℃, respectively) with Ti(OC4Hg)4 and PVP as raw materials. The structures and morphologies of the TiO2 fibers are characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, both FTIR and photocatalytic measurements on Rhodamine B solution are performed to investigate the effect of calcinate temperature on photocatalytic efficiency. Results show that the photocatalytic TiO2 fibres are obtained, and the TiO2 fibres calcined at 400 ℃ possess the optimal photocatalytic efficiency (photocatylytic rate reaches 56.92%) in all the prepared samples.
