摘　　要：目的:探讨示指近节背侧岛状皮瓣急诊修复拇指腹侧软组织缺损的疗效。方法:应用示指近节背侧岛状皮瓣急诊转移修复拇指腹侧不同形式的软组织缺损18例。结果:18例皮瓣全部存活,外形和功能良好,存活率100%。结论:示指近节背侧岛状皮瓣是急诊修复拇指腹侧软组织缺损的良好方法,有手术简单、疗效可靠等优点,适合基层医院推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the curarive effect of primary repairrtion sort tissue defects of thumbs abdomen with islond skin flap of forefinger back. Methods： 18 cases were treated by island skin flap of rorefinger back of different transplantation pri- mary. Results： All 18 case survived with well appearance and function The suruivat rate was 100%. Conclusions：It might be a good method to repair soft tissue defects of thumbs abdomen because of operation simple and effection determine. It should be value to spread and use in basic hospital.
