摘  要:选用48头54 kg左右的三元杂交肥育猪,随机分为2组,分别饲喂高氮高磷日粮(16.8%和0.56%)和低氮低磷日粮(14.5%和0.46%),预试期为7d,正试期为22d。试验结束时,测定不同氮、磷日粮水平添加赖氨酸(Lys)、蛋氨酸(Met)和苏氨酸(Thr)等必需氨基酸对其生产性能、氮平衡和血液生化参数的影响。结果表明,将日粮粗蛋白含量降低2.3个百分点、磷降低0.1个百分点,补加适量赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸,肥育猪平均日采食量、日增重、料重比和摄入氮均没有显著变化(P>0.05),但粪氮显著下降(P<0.05);与高氮高磷日粮组相比,能量、蛋白和磷的消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总蛋白和白蛋白含量以及碱性磷酸酶活性差异也不显著(P>0.05),但血清尿素氮含量显著下降(P<0.05)。Forty--eight three crossbred finishing pigs with an initial live body weight of 54 Kg were fed two core-- and soybean meal--based diets, which were different in nitrogen and phosphorus levels from 16.8 to 14.5 and 0.56 to 0.46, respectively. The pigs were allowed a 7--day dietary adaptation period. The experiment lasted 22 d. This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of essential amino acid additions (Lys, Met and Thr ) to nitrogen and phosphorus diet on growth performance, nutrient digestion, nitrogen balance and serum biochemical parameters. The results showed that the reducing nitrogen and phosphorus by 2.3 and 0.1 percentages, respectively, through the additions of Lys, Met and Thr, ADG, ADFI, feed--weight ratio and N intake were almost the same ( P〉 0.05 ), but fecal N decreased ( P〈 0.05 ). Compared with high nitrogen and phosphorus diet group, energy , N and P digestibility were almost the same ( P 〉 0.05 ), as well as HDL, LDL, ALB, TP and ALP, while the SUN decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) with the decreasing dietary nitrogen level.
