摘  要:利用体外试验法研究樟科提取物抑制猪粪中脲酶活性的两种可能的途径,以探讨其发挥作用的机理。进一步证实樟科提取物对粪中脲酶活性有强的抑制效果,对脲酶产生菌也有高度抑制力,且抑制效果随浓度升高而增强;然而对纯品脲酶并没有显著性抑制作用。结果表明,樟科提取物主要通过抑制脲酶产生菌的活性,使脲酶的数量减少,从而减少氨气产生。It was reported that the Cinnamon Extracts (CE) inhibit urease activity in feces to reduce the ammonia emission of slurry either in vivo or in vitro. The present experiment was planed to explore the mechanism by inhibiting tests in vitro. The result showed CE could both inhibit the activity of urease in feces and some classical urease--producing bacteria significantly, whose impact enhances when the concentration level rises. However, the inhibition of CE on commercial urease activity was not significant. The present study showed clearly that CE decreased the amount of urease in feces indirectly by restraining the activity of urease--producing bacteria mainly.
