不同配比中草药与卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：利用不同配比中草药与卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂对大肠杆菌分离株(0422)、大肠杆菌O1型(C84010)、大肠杆菌O2型(C84002)、大肠杆菌O78型(C84008)菌株等进行药敏试验。结果表明,4种配比的复合制剂对各型大肠杆菌都有一定的抗菌活性,MIC在15.63mg/mL至125mg/mL之间,中草药与卵黄免疫球蛋白为1:1时大肠杆菌敏感性最高,其余各组对不同血清型的大肠杆菌也有较高的敏感性。This experiment aims＇ to do drug- sensitive test towards colon bacillus （0422）, O1 （C84010） ,O （C84002）, O78 （C84008）and so on by using compound preparation of herbal medicine and IgY in different allocated proportion. It shows that compound preparation in four kinds of proportion have to some degree, antibacterial activity towards all sorts of colibacillus in the experiment MIC： 15.63mg/mL- 125mg/mL. Among them, colibacillus has the highest sensitivity when herbal medicine and IgY are in the same proportion. All the rest also have high sensitivity towards colibacilli of different serotype.
