Further Protecting China's Biological Genetic Resources

摘　　要：从加强保护我国生物遗传资源的全局出发,提出要树立生物遗传资源是生物经济发展的基础、畜禽遗传资源已经成为世界生物经济时代竞争焦点之一的科学认识观。可是我国的生物遗传资源正在丧失、输出国外,知识产权遭到抢注,同时外来生物已经入侵,造成严重的生态破坏和生物污染。面对这些状态,提出五条举措来保护我国生物遗传资源。In order to further protect China＇s biological genetic resources,the author proposed the idea that biological genetic resources is the basis for developing biological economy and it has become one of the focuses of competition in global bio--economy era. However, China＇s biological genetic resources has been losing and exporting to abroad, plus IPR＇S preemptive registration. Meanwhile the invasion of adventives has polluted and destroyed the ecological evironment. Faced with these, the author put forward five measures to protect China＇s biological genetic resources.
