摘　　要：《政府采购法》实施以来,政府采购工作得到全面推行,取得了显著成效。为了更好地规范政府采购行为,维护国家利益,我们还应看到政府采购中存在的问题,在新形势的要求下不断规范和完善政府采购制度,不断开创政府采购事业的新局面。Since the implementation of the Government Procurement Law, Government Procurement has been fully implemented and achieved remarkable success. In order to better regulate the conduct of government procurement and safeguard national interests, we should also see the problems of government procurement. In the new situation demands, we should improve the government procurement system, and constantly open up new prospects ofgovemment procurement.
