当前军校加强文化精神培育的基本思路

摘　　要：军校文化精神是军校对办学理念的追求、优良传统的继承、育人特色的彰显，也是时代精神的体现。针对当前培育军校文化精神现实情况，军校加强文化精神培育的总体原则在于以党的创新理论为指导，以社会主义核心价值体系为基石，以培育传统和履行使命为两翼；军校加强文化精神培育的根本措施在于确立传授知识、培养能力与塑造精神相互渗透的办学育人理念，形成物质文化、制度文化与精神文化相互支撑的建设格局，以培育骨干队伍，打好军校文化建设持续发展的组织基础。建立和完善传统方法、时代方法和特色方法相互促进的体系。As a vital part in running military academies, culture and spirit carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues and represent the spirit of age. There are three main principles of enhancing the cultural and spiritual training, that is, training the cadets under the guidance of the Party＇s innovative theory, on the basis of the socialistic core value system, and by cultivating their traditional spirits as well as implementing their missions. In order to enhance the cultural and spiritual training in military academies, an ideal of running military academies must be established, which includes imparting knowledge and cultivating abilities and spirits. It is important to form a new pattern interconnecting material culture, system culture, and spiritual culture. The continuing development of culture construction comes from the growth of the military talents.
