摘  要:建立了胶束动电毛细管色谱法分离和测定晶福眼药水中烟酰胺、腺苷和硫柳汞含量的测定方法.以十二烷基磺酸钠(75mmol/L)为胶束相,运行液为20mmol/L硼酸缓冲液(pH=9.2),恒定电压20kV,检测波长260nm;6min内三组分达到基线分离.选用L-色氨酸作内标物进行测定,各组分线性范围:烟酰胺5~1000mg/L(r=0.9996),腺苷5~300mg/L(r=0.9999),硫柳汞2~250mg/L(r=1.0000);平均回收率±RSD:烟酰胺(98.4±0.8)%,腺苷(101.0±1.1)%,硫柳汞(100.4±0.3)%,n=3.此法简便快速,重现性好.A micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic(MECC)method for the separation and determination of niacinamide,adenosine,and thimerosal in vitaphakol eye drops was established. The complete separation of three components was achieved in 6 minutes with 75m mol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solution as micellar phase,20m mol/L pH92 running boric acid buffer,a constant voltage of 20kV and 260nm as detecting wavelength.Using Ltryptophan as internal standard,the linear range was 5~1000mg/L(r=09996)for niacinamide,5~300mg/L(r=09999)for adenosine,and 2~250mg/L(r=10000)for thimerosal.The recovery(±RSD)was (984±08)% for niacinamide,(1010±11)% for adenosine and (1004±03)% for thimerosal.This method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
