摘　　要：报道了吡哌酸锌软膏中吡哌酸锌的反相离子对高效液相色谱法，采用ＯＤＳ柱（４ｍｍ×２０ｃｍ），乙腈—磷酸盐缓冲液—０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ四丁基溴化铵溶液（８∶９０∶４）为流动相，氟哌酸为内标，用紫外检测器于２７５ｎｍ波长处检测．平均回收率为１００．４％，ＲＳＤ＝０．７４％（ｎ＝５），线性范围为２～１０ｍｇ／Ｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９７）．本法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等优点．A reversed phase ion-pair HPLC method was established for the determination of zinc pipemidate in its ointment with norfloxacin as internal standard.Zinc pipemidate can be separated on ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(pH35)-01mol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide(8∶90∶4)and detected at 275nm.The flow rate was 1mL/min.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 1004% and ±074%,respectively.The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 2～10mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 09997.The proposed method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
