加味厚朴温中汤对湿阻证大鼠血清MTL、SS及小肠推进功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味厚朴温中汤对湿阻证大鼠血清胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)以及小肠推进功能的影响。方法建立湿阻证大鼠模型,将80只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、未造模给加味厚朴温中汤组、模型组、自然恢复组、加味厚朴温中汤低、中、高剂量组及阿托品组,共8组,以墨汁法检测小肠推进功能,放射免疫法检测血清MTL及SS水平。结果与正常组比较,模型1、2组血清MTL、SS水平及小肠推进率均显著上升(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05);与模型2组比较,加味厚朴温中汤能明显降低模型大鼠的MTL含量以及小肠推进率,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),与正常组比较,SS水平差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论加味厚朴温中汤降低MTL含量以及小肠推进率,调整胃肠激素失衡可能是其对湿阻证大鼠发挥燥湿、运脾的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the effects of Jiawei Houpu Wenzhong decoction on serum MTL and SS and drive of small intestines in rats with dampness syndromeon. Methods The 80 rats with dampness syndrome were divided randomly into 8 groups as following, control, un-model with the decoction, model, spontaneous recovery groups, and low, middle and high doses of the decoction and atropine groups, the small intestinal drive function was measured with ink, and the level of MTL and SS in serum were detected with radio-immunity. Results The content of MTL and the driving ratio of of small intestine in the decoction group were ob- viously descended than those in model and spontaneous recovery groups（P〈 0.01）. The level of SS of those was descended in the decoction group than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The decoction can descend the content of MTL and the driving ratio of small intestines, which maybe the mechanism to adjust the unbalance of gastrointestinal hormone for removing the wetness and activating spleen function.
