摘 要:目的采用不同提取方法比较全蝎不同部位的抗凝活性。方法用凝血酶时间(TT)为指标,测定全蝎不同部位水提醇沉和冻融法提取液的抗凝血活性。结果水提醇沉法全蝎凝血酶时间长于冻融法,两种提取方法中,各部位的凝血时间比较是蝎尾>蝎全体>蝎身。结论全蝎抗凝活性成分提取方法中水提醇沉优于冻融法,抗凝活性成分主要集中于蝎尾。Objective To investigate the anticoagulating activity of different fractions with the different extractions in scorpion. Methods The anticoagulating activities of different fractions in scorpion with the water extraction with alcohol sinks and freezing were determined with the deermination of thrombin time. Results The thrombin time by water extraction with alcohol sinks was longer than that by freezing method. If by both the extraction methods, the thrombin time in each different fraction of scorpion from high to low was transparent scorpion tail, whole body of scorpion and scorpion trunk. Conclusions the method of water extraction with alcohol sinks for extraction of scorpion activity is better than that with freezing. And the contedts of anticogulating activities are concentrated in scorpion tail.
