超声心动图在先心病手术后病理性杂音鉴别诊断中的价值

摘　　要：本研究通过对３９例手术后出现病理性杂音的先天性心脏病患者术前及术后超声心动图对比，研究了杂音产生的机制，分析了杂音产生的原因及部位，提出术后残余分流、残余狭窄、瓣膜功能不全是心脏手术后出现杂音的主要原因。Pathological cardiac murmurs were persisted clinically in 39 congenital heart disease patients after cardiac operation.Causes probed by echocardiograpy found to be complications either due to the dysfunction of the valve,the persisted shunt or residual stenosis.Echocardiography is valuable for differential diagnosis.
