摘 要:用RTPCR方法对250例孕产妇宫颈分泌物、粪便、及新生儿出生后3天内粪便,进行轮状病毒检测。结果孕产妇HRV肠道感染率为26%,宫颈分泌物HRV阳性为72%。HRV感染的孕妇是新生儿HRV感染的主要传染源;尤其是宫颈分泌物HRV阳性孕妇其新生儿有50%受染;同时出生3天内的新生儿HRV感染随天龄增加。结论:HRV感染的孕妇分娩过程是其新生儿HRV感染的重要感染源,与新生儿接触的物品及工作人员的手等是院内感染的重要传播途径。The cervical mucus and feces of 250 pregnant women and the feces of their first three day's newborns were tested for rotavirus using RT PCR method.The result showed the HRV infection rate in pregnant women was 26%. 7.2% of the cervical mucus tested was HRV positive.Half of the newborns of HRV positive pregnant women were infected with HRV.The HRV infection increased as days passing within three days after birth.It was concluded that the delivery process of the pregnant women with HRV infection was the most importnant source of infection to newborns.Utensils and the hands of hospital staff members contacting infants were improtant routes of transmission.
