降防保心片对高血压左室肥厚影响的临床研究

摘　　要：本文观察了降防保心片对高血压病患者左心室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）指标及左心功能参数的影响。结果提示：降防保心片观察组（３６例）与复方降压片对照组（３２例）均有降压作用。降防保心片在降压的同时，能降低患者的左室重量（ＬＶＭ）及左室重量指数（ＬＶＭＩ），并改善其左室舒张末期压力（ＬＶＤＰ）、左室等容指数（ＬＣＲＩ）及肺毛细血管楔压平均压（ＰＷＡＰＭ）等参数，治疗前后比较Ｐ均＜０．０１；与对照组比较，各指标均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。The effects of Jiang Fang Bao Xin Pian (JFBXP) on the indexes of the left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and of the left cardiac function of patients with hypertension were observed. The results showed that both in the experimental group (36 cases) and in the control group,in which the 32 patients were treated with Reserpine Co., the blood pressure was lowered. At the same time, the left ventricular mass (LVM) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were lowered. The parameters such as left ventricular diastolic pressure (LVDP), the left capacity relaxation index (LCRI), pulmonary wedge average pressure (PWAPM) were all improved, compared with those before the treatment (p<0.01). When they were compared with those in the control group, significant differences were observed in all of the indexes (P< 0.05 ～0.01).
