养心复脉口服液制备工艺与质量标准研究

摘　　要：养心复脉口服液处方经正交筛选优化而成，由丹参、徐长卿、苦参等药组成，本方通过正交试验确定口服液最佳制备工艺，并对口服液进行薄层定性鉴别和定量分析研究。为本品的质量控制提供了依据。The composition for Yan Xin Fu Mai Fluid (YXFMF,heart-nourishing-pulse-restoring fluid) was screened and optimized by orthogonal test.The ingredients includes red sage root (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),panicled swallowwort root (Radix Cynanchi Paniculati) and flavescent sophora root (Radis Sophorae Flavescentis).By orthogonal test,the optimum preparation technology was established.This-layer test was carried out to identify its quality and to analyze its quantity.
