基于Bootstrap方法的过程能力指数区间估计

摘　　要：针对传统统计过程控制方法的局限性,利用Bootstrap方法构建了过程能力指数的置信区间,分别对正态分布、指数分布进行仿真计算,对3种Bootstrap置信区间进行了比较。通过实证分析验证了在小样本条件下Bootstrap置信区间的有效性。Different from traditional statistical process control method, Bootstrap method is employed to define the confidence interval of the process capability index. Simulation is performed respectively with normal distribution and with exponential distribution. Three Bootstrap confidence intervals are compared. The Bootstrap confidence interval is effective for small samples.
