摘 要:在对自然海区和池塘养殖的仿刺参消化道内含物中砂砾粒度调查的基础上,选择不同粒度的砂砾作为试验材料,对苗种培育阶段不同规格仿刺参的摄食行为进行了研究。结果表明:仿刺参对摄食的砂砾粒度的选择性十分显著,自然海区仿刺参依生存环境的差异,其消化道内砂砾粒度组成比例略有差异,但其60%粒度组成区间为0.0625-0.5mm;池塘养殖仿刺参消化道内砂砾粒度组成60%粒度区间为〈0.25mm;室内试验中,在各粒级砂砾比例相同的条件下各试验组仿刺参均表现出一致的粒度选择性,在其选择的砂砾颗粒粒度中,60%以上的颗粒粒径为0.125—0.5mm。因此可认为仿刺参摄食砂砾粒度的选择范围为0.125—0.25mm.The selectivity of wild and farmed sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus with different sizes for dietary sand particle sizes was studied by examination of the items in the digestive tracts. The sea cucumber was found to show selectivity for the sand particle size. Approximately 60% of the intestinal contents in the wild sea cucumber was comprised of the sand particles with size from 0.0625 mm to 0.5 mm, depending on the environment. In the sea cucumber cultured in a pond, however, the less than 0.25 mm particles were observed in 60% of the intestinal contents. The indoor experiment with the same ratio of different sizes revealed that the sea cucumber showed the same size selectivity, feeding 60% of the particle size varying from 0. 125 mm to 0.5 mm.
