摘  要:研究了在日光温室穴盘育苗过程中,光合菌肥对花椰菜幼苗的形态指标——叶绿素含量、根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明,应用光合菌肥有利于培育壮苗,以稀释200倍液的灌根处理对提高幼苗的叶绿素含量、根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性效果最好。Effect of photosynthetic bacterial fertilizer was studied on morphological characteristics, chlorophyll content, root vigour and nitrate reductase activity of cauliflower seedlings in solar greenhouse. The results showed that the photosynthetic bacterial fertilizer could promote growth of seedling, and there were obvious differences among different treatments. The treatment with pouring root 200x was adapt to cauliflower seedlings, which could increased obviously chlorophyll content, root vigour and nitrate reductase activity.
