摘 要:采用二次通用旋转设计,研究了陇薯6号产量与栽培密度、施氮量及施磷量的定量关系,建立了以陇薯6号产量为目标函数的数学模型,解析了各因子对产量的主效应及互作效应。结果表明,建立的回归模型达显著水平。各栽培因子对陇薯6号产量的影响为:栽培密度>氮>磷,各因子间交互作用较大。经模拟寻优,确定了陇薯6号在该地区产量各栽培因子优化组合方案:施N111.0~147.6kg/hm2,施P2O593.2~125.4kg/hm2,栽培密度41250~44700株/hm2。The relationship of Longshu No.6's tuber yield and planting density, nitrogen fertilizers, phosphorus fertilizers and the main effects and interactive effects of three factors to Longshu No.6's tuber yield were studied by using general rotational regression design, and a mathematical model was established as the objective function of Longshu No.6's tuber yield. The results indicated that, the establishment of the regression model with better anastomosis was significant, under the condition of this experimental design, the factors affecting Longshu No.6's tuber yield were in such an order: plant density 〉nitrogen fertilizers 〉phosphorus fertilizers, and the interactive effects between planting density and nitrogen fertilizers, phosphorus fertilizers on tuber yield were significant. The optimum comprehensive practice of high tuber yield of Longshu No.6 was: seed density (41 250-44 700 plant/hm^2), nitrogen fertilizers (111.0-147.6 kg/hm^2) and phosphorus fertilizers (93.2-125.4 kg/hm^2).
