年产1万吨二甲醚固定床反应器设计

摘　　要：简介了合成气一步法生产二甲醚的优点、反应原理。以年产1万吨二甲醚的固定床反应器设计为例,介绍固定床反应器工艺计算和结构计算情况。该固定床反应器工艺计算涉及物料恒算、热量恒算和传热计算,其结构计算严格依据GB150-1998。该固定床反应器结构不复杂,易于制造。Advantages and the principle about reaction of one-step producing dimethyl ether with synthesis gas were simply introduced. With fixed-bed reactor for producing dimethyl ether with an annual output of 10^4 tons as example, the calculation situations of process and structure of fixed-bed reactor were introduced. Process calculations of the fixed-bed reactor involved material balance, heat balance and heat-transfer calculations, and its structural calculation were based on GB150-1998. The fixed-bed reactor had not complex structure to make its manufacture easy.
