联碱企业节能降耗技术改造

摘　　要：联合制碱是我国自主开发的制碱工艺,它具有流程短、能耗低、原材料利用率高等特点,但是原有的老联碱装置工艺老套、设备陈旧,导致能耗较高,已经逐步失去市场竞争力。通过对联碱装置进行新工艺和节能降耗改造,能有效降低了能源消耗,为企业带来丰厚的经济效益,充分体现联碱企业节能降耗的重要性。Joint soda was developed independently in China, which had the characteristics of brief flow, low energy consume, high using rate of raw and processed materials. But in many old Hou＇s corporation, the stereotype of technology and dated of equipment resulted in the energy consumption high, which lost the competition in market. By adopting new technology and changing measures of saving energy and reducing consumption, the consume was reduced effectively, which brought much economical advantage to corporations and embodied the important of energy saving and consume reduce in Hou＇s corporation.
